We are excited to invite you to our upcoming “UX Writing” event featuring Jessica Kreger on Thursday, November 16 from 6:30-8:30 pm ET. This event promises to explore how technical communicators can optimize their content for better user experiences.

Event Overview

Technical editors should think about their user’s experience when writing their documents according to basic tech comm principles. However, some may not know how to fully optimize their writing for the best user experience (UX). This program will help technical writers optimize their writing.

Meeting Payments

We are charging the following rates for this educational program:

  • Free for student members
  • $5 for STC Florida Chapter Members 
  • $15 for all other attendees

Jessica Kreger

Communications & Content Strategy Leader

Jessica Kreger has led technical communications and marketing communications teams that educate and empower customers across the world. With over 20 of experience in diverse industries, she has worked for universities, global businesses, and start-up companies. Jessica is passionate about developing optimal user experiences and creating content that improves people’s lives. She earned an M.A. in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon and a B.A. in English from Penn State. She is a Senior Member of the STC and a Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).
