At the beginning of August, I published our tentative meeting slate and need to provide an update as some meetings were shuffled around. Our introverted leadership panel was in October and has been moved to November, our ethics workshop was in November and has been moved to January, and our work place respect and resolving conflict topic has been moved to October. You can see the changes reflected in the table below.

All educational programs listed will be held on Zoom and available for our new meeting fees. If there is a topic you’d like to see us cover in the future, please add it in the comments below.
Meeting Fees
As a reminder, for the 2022-2023 chapter year, we are adjusting our meeting fees for educational programs to the following:
- Free for student members
- $5 for STC Florida Chapter Members
- $15 for all other attendees
Virtual Networking Meeting
We also have our free virtual networking meetings on the second Tuesday of each month on Zoom and we send a reminder with a link to join that meeting the day before. Join us on September 13 at 7:30pm EST for our next networking meeting.
September Tool Tips Meeting
The STC Florida chapter will be hosting a tech comm tools meeting on September 22 at 6:30pm EST. We know a lot of our chapter members use a variety of tools every day and have picked up a variety of useful shortcuts and best practices. Please join us for a short presentation on tips and tricks for Madcap Flare, Snagit, Arbortext, and Adobe InDesign. Networking begins at 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, and presentations begin at 7:00.
